I just read the other reviews for Classic Mortgage and Amy Miller and they said everything I wanted to say and more! Hands down, Amy Miller is the best in the business. She did our last refinance and took exceptional care of us and even drove to our house to close us. Currently, we are selling our home and the buyers went through another lender and a issue surfaced with their Lender and I was able to reach out to Amy (was so hoping that the buyers would have left their current lender and went with Amy, but, that didn't happen), the point is, that, I was able to reach out to her and ask lots of questions that required her to do some research on and she DID IT and provided answers and assistance even though she knew there was a risk that she wouldn't get the business. She did it anyway because she truly cares and wants to help when and however she can. It's worth noting that when I initially reached out to her, she was out of town and STILL responded to me that evening. That is real dedication and superior customer service.
