Genisys Credit Union, Waterford Township, MI

I came into the lobby to speak with someone regarding my account. I was pleasantly impressed with whom I was dealing with. Her name was Wendy McKervey. Top 10 with a gold star!! She took the time to go over all of my issues as well as exceeding my issues with providing me with letters to help me. I’ve been to two other locations and they were no where as respectful, helpful and pleasant to deal with as my experience with Wendy. She rocks!!

Very hard to get through to someone when you call. I even left a message with all my information like the voicemail asks and didn't seem to get a call back.

Everytime I call I get no answer been calling non stop for a week this is ridiculous all I want to know is their coin machine in the lobby and working last time I went I was told it was working get there and it was broken

Being members since the 80's we have had multiple loans through the credit union. Working with Shelly Herron recently has been the best experience we have ever had there. Her customer service is top notch! She went above and beyond for us, even coming in on her day off to ensure our loan was processed smoothly and quickly. We highly recommend her as she genuinely cares for her customers!

Everyone is friendly and courteous and easy to work with, both in person and over the phone. When there was activity on my card that wasn't a normal, they were on top of it and contacted me immediately. That particular time there was no fraud happening, however recently there was and they worked with me and did what they could to rectify the situation. So glad I chose GCU for my banking needs.

We were having issues with our checking due to an outside company and Phil K. assisted us. He was extremely professional, helpful, and calming. We have been very happy with Genisys thanks to people like him. P.S. - he deserves a raise 👏! …

What a great Banking institution!!!!! They are always on the lookout for fraudulent activities on your account. Everyone is so nice as well, kudos to the Staff, you make us members feel welcome.
