This company definitely has some shady business practices. I got a loan through them and due to circumstances I wasn’t able to pay it back on time. They reached out to me with a settlement offer. Which I took their offer and was told that it would be weekly payments of $20 that they would directly take out of my account with my authorization. All was well my payments were on time and then all of a sudden with just 4 payments to go I get an email offering me another settlement for the same account that I’m already almost done paying off. So, I email them and ask what this was about because I’ve been making my payments on time and I already have a payment plan in place for the settlement offer that was offered to me months ago. I get an email back saying disregard that email that was sent my payment plan was still in effect. However, I noticed that my payment that was due had not been taken out of my account so I contacted them asking why it hadn’t been processed. Their was sufficient funds for it to be processed and it had been processed for all my other timely payments just fine. I get an email back saying that there was a miscommunication and my payment wasn’t processed but I they could offer me a settlement offer on my account with a payment plan of $20 a week. Why would I take another settlement offer for an additional $100 plus when I’m already almost done paying off the one that we agreed to which was $200 plus. I reached out to them regarding this and have yet to hear back from them. They offered me a settlement on my account which I took and have made timely payments on I have all my receipts. Now that it’s almost paid off they’re trying to get more money out of me by not honoring the agreement that we both entered into. Don’t enter into any settlement offer with them. They don’t honor them and try to get more money out of you when you’re almost done paying them off.

They're charging over 540% interest rates. I thought the legal rate allowed by law is 10%. They tried giving me $1500 and they wanted me to pay 26 payments of almost $320. The total amount owed would've been $8300. If someone in need made the mistake of swiping too quickly and missed their rates and accepted the loan they would've been robbed. This company needs to be shut down and the people who run it should be in prison. Never use this company's services!

Got a loan within minutes a week ago. Only 200.00$. Paid it back today - owed 214.00$ - I see no problem with them or the interest rate. That’ the price you pay when your finances aren’t in order.

Momma always said if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. I just wanted to thank you all for the reviews. I had a feeling this was not a normal loan. I was tempted with the holidays and the ruff year with COVID. I understand how this company can be helpful in an emergency, but it is not for frivolous spending. Thank you, but no thanks.

Begging you all DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Complete rip off artists they will exploit you and take advantage of you at you. What they are doing should be illegal if it isn't already is. Don't accept there money you'll come out better robbing a bank and getting caught

Avoid this company! Trying to update my banking information was harder especially when they told me they can’t verify who I am? I gave them my date of birth, social security number, email, home address, etc. I have a loan with them and already made 4 payments and now they tell me they can’t verify who I am? Ridiculous. Do not use this company. I will probably pay this off early just to part ways and save me the hassle. Unbelievable and beyond words to express my anger. Avoid this temporary loan company by all means possible!!

Customer service is horrible. Of the 16 plus times I've had to call 2 agents were only slightly polite and respectful. They "don't have supervisors available" to speak to anyone.
