My wife and I have been members of HPC Credit Union for 57 years. During that time we have borrowed money and maintained checking and savings accounts. My job eventually took me to southern Michigan but we have maintained our account at HP{C and routinely interact with HPC staff members. Without exception all HPC employees that have assisted us have been very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Recently we received professional and courteous assistance from Lydia at the North Branch office. If I was a manager of a credit union I would certainly want to hire employees like Lydia and the other staff personnel we routinely deal with at the Alpena office.

The staff at the West Branch HPC office is friendly, professional, and courteous. We have secured two loans in the past few months and both times the loan officer made it very simple and fast. I feel like they really appreciate our business!
