The team at PFCU, Alisha and Amanda, were very professional and friendly. Alisha helped me get my accounts set up and made sure everything was correct. Later on in the afternoon I had to return for a wire transfer. Amanda went above and beyond to help me with the wire transfer. I cannot say thank you enough for all their help. I’m glad I chose PFCU.

The cashiers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I expressed how I disliked the ITMS and they gave some good information on the use of the ITM vs the ATM. I still refuse to use the ITM instead of face to face!
