April the store manager went above and beyond for me this past Saturday! The online application said I was denied. So I gave up. April called me half an hour later telling me that she double checked my acct & that I DID QUALIFY for a loan!!!. I can't believe she actualy took it upon herself to spend the time checking for mistakes without even being asked to.Not only did she go above & beyond but she was caring, and most importantly she made me feel like I mattered as a person! I can honestly say I haven't had this great of customer experience in over 2 years!! Thank you so much April, u totally turned my WHOLE day around!! WE def NEED way more real, people like u out there doing it right!!!
