Bank of the West, Ada, MN

It is my opinion that Bank of the West (San Ramon, CA) Consumer Finance Leasing Division operates in an unethical and fraudulent manner. Specifically, Fred Wirth the Lease End Manager. This company works in tandem with ADESA West Fargo, North Dakota. When our auto lease program ended, we were billed for $397.67. by Bank of the West for damages to a vehicle that showed no damage. (according to Bank of the West pictures taken by ADESA) I believe this to be a racket. I would not lease anything from this so called bank, that isn't under federal regulations, but owned by foreign countries. In my opinion they have layered themselves in interstate self protection and partnered with some businessses who are not regulated by state laws. When It was getting close to the time for my lease end, I was told that I would have to return the car to California. I live in North Dakota. I should have known then, that this so called bank, was racketeering. I would run fast away.
