They are so nice on the phone and any actual business you need to do with them is completely terrible. They will happily take your money but if you need anything switched or changed - good luck. Doesn’t matter how long you pay your payments on time - expect nothing. I would NEVER in a million years do business with them again.

This is the worst bank I have ever delt with.... the customer service is absolutely terrible ...no one knows anything ..... they want to talk to you like they are your parent....it seems like Melissa hates her job and another guy I can't remember his name is a jerk.. I advise you not to use them...

I work with Nate weekly and he never fails to give the absolute best service! He has the most positive attitude and always has the best communication!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK! READ ABOUT ALL THEIR FEES. They charge $25 to mail a check payment. If you are paying late then the app adds the next month and won't let you just pay the amount due. This forces you to pay them by phone for an extra $20 even though you are already paying an extremely high late fee. In our case over $600. Sometimes business is slow and the payment is delayed. They will try to get you with fees wherever they can.

Excellent service, Excellent Customer care. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have used this company on 3 separate occasions to finance equipment and never have they let me down. The process is so smooth and as always simple. I recommend them to everyone and will always use them as long as they stay exactly how they are.
