The negative comments are interesting. This is a small town bank, but that has advantages. Excellent personal service for one. If you've ever dealt with one of the big banks in the Cities, you'd realize how much easier it is at Security Bank. I've been happy with them for a decade now.

High rates, many fees for profit, and rude employees. They seem to like to sabbatoge their customers with fees and pull money out of accounts without permission. Definately not a bank I would recommend to others. Employee owned bank so they can do whatever they want when it comes to proper rules. The tellers there talk mad gossip about their OWN customers. Very unprofessional. As a customer of this bank, I find the treament here so disrespectful. Hope this business gets shut down or a corporate bank would take over!

i went to the security bank to take money out the the atm ($500) and they took $1000 out of the account and i only received $500. i went in the bank 2 times and they only said to file a dispute with my old bank. very dissatisfied. my other bank said that they should’ve refunded me and they WILL NOT. this bank will scam you do not go here.

Amazing Bank! Great employees and easy to work with! They have the lowest fees in town and since it’s employee owned it’s great to be able to work with the decision makers / owners directly!

Banked at Security Bank since I was a kid everyone is always very helpful and friendly

Security Bank Minnesota has been my bank of choice for many years. Always a live person to answer the phone or greet you at the door. They provide great customer service.

I had made a deposit and 3 business days later I noticed that my deposit was still not in my account. So I called to see what happened and they told me they forgot to deposit it. Who knows if I would have ever gotten my money if I hadn't called
