I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Normally, I'm all about keeping it local, but not with Bell Bank. If you like to get threatened, lied TO, lied ABOUT and sued, go ahead and bank here. Or, I recommend Chime. They are all online, there are 0 overdraft fees and you can do everything with them you could with a local branch. If you choose to check out Chime, mention my name. We will both get a deposit in our accounts : )

We did our mortgage through Bell Bank. The first day we met with our mortgage banker our first question was if our loan would get sold to a bigger bank. They said it would not. The mortgage process went well, they were pleasant to work with, but sold our loan 3 weeks after we got it. We found out from Fannie Mae, Bell did not even tell us. They were nice, but I also don't appreciate being lied to.

Where do I start? Perhaps with the phenomenal customer service? Or the fact that this was the EASIEST bank to work with for a mortgage loan? It's hard to choose because Angela and Sara were 100% on top of everything. And, given the stress that comes with moving, it was so nice to not feel like I had to follow up and check in and ask what else is needed. Everything was communicated timely, the closing went smoothly, and I'm so happy with the experience, I'll be changing to Bell Bank for my checking and savings account. THANK YOU BOTH!!!!
