I would be weary of banking here. The branch manager, Tyler, is quite vindictive. I held 4-5 accounts here. Then they were closed one day because we had a disagreement. He had a smile on his face the entire time. Quite creepy.

We have been with GCB for around 4 yrs and here are just a few reasons we don't go anywhere else. Beats any small bank for their recognition of individual clients. Beats any big national bank for their level of security and free ATM service nationwide. 100% refunded if you happen to incur any ATM fees. Great rates on auto loans. And one of the best banking apps out there. Would recommend trying GCB for both business and personal accounts!

It's hard to find a good bank that doesn't have a fee for every little thing. This bank isn't just good, it's excellent! They know your name when you walk in or drive up. They have cookies! If I had issues they would do whatever it took to resolve it. I will miss this bank when I move to WA.

I had trouble from the moment I opened my account. But the major trouble started when I had a semi large settlement check out in the account. I took out some right away and left the majority in there. Within days I went from $9000 to $.55. It was just the last month and a half ago sumner 2023 over Holliday weekend. Police where notified immediately. I had tons of evidence proving I was not doing what the bank was saying I was doing and it was all given to the police ( pictures taken, verbal statements) and the bank handled things very poorly and rudely. They in the end decided even with all info from police saying I was hacked said I still did it. Then ended up closing my account and keeping around $6500. They are the rudest people to work with and the worst bank around. It has been since found out I have been taken for identity fraud and I still do not get my money back.
