Accentra Credit Union, Austin, MN

I ask for some 2 dollars bill was told I must be a member of the bank to get some . I was told at other banks that I can get up to 20 dollars worth but this bank was no you can’t .

Terrible customer service. They continuously shut their phones off before they are done for the day, and when you do finally get to talk to someone they don't know what they are doing. Would not recommend even getting a loan with this bank.

I have been trying to log into my account for days to check my balance i know my passwords and my username but neither the online or phone apps will let me see my accounts. Ill be in later this week to close out all my accounts and ill be switching banks. I would have done zero stars if it was an option.

I am used to Albert Lea branch of Accentra. They're great. The Austin Branch is terrible. I tried to cash a check two days in a row and I still haven't. I went into the lobby Friday afternoon, there's a line to the door of people cashing their paychecks, only 2 tellers on. So I left so I wasn't late for work. I tried to go through the drive thru Saturday morning. I didn't have a deposit slip, so I tried to call for service and got no reply for over 5 minutes. I hate Austin Accentra. I'll just drive over to Albert Lea, at least I'll get decent service than.
