I have never had such a nice banking experience all around. Everybody from the loan officers, front desk staff, and counter crew have been very friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend

No starts at all. Absolutely horrible. Went to pay my car payment with a certain amount, after counting it multiple times before handing it to the teller. As I received my receipt, it said I only gave a hundred less than what I gave! Went to talk to the supervisor and they said they recounted the till and it only equals out to be what the teller had put down. At the window, the teller asked if I even wanted cash back ( after paying more than my car payment) and I asked for it to all be put on there. At the end, I still had to waste another $80 just to make sure my car payment all equaled out. Absolutely disappointing.. would never recommend this bank.

We had a great experience talking to Amber at the Baxter location about some concerns we had. We really appreciated her assistance. However, we had called the location twice before deciding to head in. The employees we talked to on the phone were very dismissive and cold. Unfortunately, I can’t recall their names. But, again, Amber was very helpful.

I am not at all satisfied. Been with them for a couple years and they were happy to give me a small loan for a car and truck. Car is paid off and the truck will be. I have never been late for any payment...ever. They told me to come to them if I needed any more loans and I did only to be denied twice! Credit score in the 700s and making more than the minimum payments. Lady that helped me was rude and had no explanation on why I wasnt qualified for a small loan. Just told me "sorry" and that was it. Lost my business for loans Mid Minnesota.

Don’t bank here, online banking sucks, most the ppl that work there are rude.

I've only been into this Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union location a few times, but both times have been wonderful experiences with awesome customer service and the friendliest of employees. Speaking as a lifelong member, I am consistently pleased with MMFCU's overall operations and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great financial institution! I find that this location is very easy to access and the building is large, clean, and bright.

Best service ever, i had banked elsewhere for years. My previous bank would not give a small loan, mid minnesota gave my 2 loans 1 personal and 1 vehicle loan. I have now transferred all my money to them and will only do business at MMFCU from now on
