Purchased our first home and went through Jaime Rowlette at RiverWood Bank. Jaime made the process so easy was always on top of everything we needed to do. He worked so well with our realtor and the title company that throughout the process I hardly had to do anything. Would strongly recommend Jaime and RiverWood Bank.

Recently had an issue with a merchant not refunding me the shipping and tax for a return (about $20). Their policy clearly stated they do that for defective merchandise, but because I used the words, "did not fit" rather than "defective" when getting the RMA, they kept the money. Now, I discovered this merchant has numerous bad reviews online and a horrible rating with the BBB for this type of Shady behavior. I submitted a dispute with my local Riverwood branch and they DENIED the claim in spite of showing proof of the merchants policy and explaining what I returned. If I can't count on my bank to have my back and protect my money on the little things, what happens if my account were to be cleaned out by credit card theives. Trust is HUGE with any financial institution. Riverwood has lost mine.

Our experience with RiverWood Bank, specifically Jaime Rowlette, with obtaining the mortgage for our new home was simply outstanding!! Jaime’s knowledge, helpfulness, attention, and dedication to his clients is second to none. We couldn’t have worked with a better mortgage lender with buying our new home!!
