I just called and spoke with a lady by the name of Connie I called in reference to get my bank account information but I was told that I was calling the wrong bank so I asked Connie if she can transfer me to the correct bank she paused and had told me no and she will give me the number instead I told her okay that’s fine before hanging up I told her to have a good day she said YEP and hang up the phone. She is very rude

I feel comfortable going in here, but I have to agree with other reviewers here. Connie has ALWAYS been very, very rude. Almost scary with that blank, empty stare on her face. I personally have driven to the Blackduck branch simply so as to not have to deal with her.
