Don't bother working here. Treated like garbage and management doesn't care. They act real nice but my God are these people horrible. Disgusting behavior

Great service as usual. I will suggest that FNB come up with a checklist of required docs to use when opening a commercial account so we show up prepared.

I have banked with them for years, I will be moving our bank accounts to a new location, I have had trouble with them cashing checks and their mobile app. When my fiance and I went to cash a check they asked "are you trying to scam us? Or were you expecting this check?" This was the check that we had to get the paperwork notarized by a bank first. They were also the same bank we used to get it notarized. We also had more then enough in the bank account to cover the check if it had trouble being processed. They were rude and I'm not happy at all, the sooner I can uproot from this bank the better.

Your system is down and I can’t reset my password and I have no clue what’s going on in my account now! It’s after hours,,who am I supposed to call? FNBB allowed unauthorized access to our account by a third party without contacting the owner of the account to verify access, resulting in a substantial theft from the account. The Bank now refuses to insure the loss. ~MWC
