Was awarded $50,000 pre approval for a construction loan, came down to the morning of closing and I got a call 40 minutes prior to our closing appointment and was told they had bad news and there were “some discrepancies” with the amount owed. Was a clear lack of follow up and communication and unfortunately my family suffered the consequences.
