My family has never been treated so good! Superb mortgage loan and personal loan service.Always followed up with us and kept us informed with the next steps. Such fun, caring, knowledgeable hard & working people, gave us a plesant experience. Actually, the entire staff is so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable! I recommend Security Bank USA to everyone! Was awarded $50,000 pre approval for a construction loan, came down to the morning of closing and I got a call 40 minutes prior to our closing appointment and was told they had bad news and there were “some discrepancies” with the amount owed. Was a clear lack of follow up and communication and unfortunately my family suffered the consequences.

This is a decent back for sure. The staff are nice and the services are good. I like the interior and the little lobby is nice to chill at as well.
