Worst bank ever rude and disgraceful customer service. I will be taking my checking,savings and safety deposit box somewhere else.

Everytime I call first bank and need them to do something in regards to my account or and other services I might need from them they always give an attitude and get talked down to it makes me dread calling there even when its something important because i know iam gonna be treated like trash and no one should have to put up with being treated like that especially customers I will be finding another bank to do business with as soon as I can I can tell when a place doesn't want my business anymore

I love the ladies goin thru drive thru!! Someone's gotta keep em' on their toes 😉 And those ladies that must leave, retire, or wut have you, will be missed 😊👍🏼 These new gals are catch'n on to my personality type too! Ha!! I've had no problems at this bank. Love the business & love the people.
