Kaylee Rockey at One Main in Breckenridge , MN, is fabulous!! She is professional but at the same time very personable and approachable. She is genuine in her efforts to assist with what I need and patiently answers questions. She never makes me feel inadequate or rushed. I have been with One Main for 6 months and had 2 encounters with Kaylee but feel very comfortable with going back. I plan to continue doing business with One Main for as long as they will have me:-)

Kaylee at the Breckenridge branch, ( and staff ) have been fantastic in working with my wife and I in the past few years with just getting our fourth loan at One Main recently! Been a great help in no matter what our needs are. A+

Have been scheisted by this company for a few years, they constantly have ways to hold you into their contract. Very unpleasant and unprofessional to talk to. The branch manager was very rude and hung up mid conversation. Would never recommend this company. EDIT:3 months later and I have my loan paid off and now I've been waiting for almost a month for my lien release. Funny how they can take your payment instantly but can't give a lien release immediately or in a timely manner. Ridiculous
