I just called and requested a printed copy of my statement because I need it to apply for medical assistance. They told me it would cost $5.00! I am completely shocked and VERY disappointed!! I guess my only option is to go to the library and print it for less than a dollar and risk my privacy while doing it. This is absolutely stupid. *This was not a request for an additional copy. I don't receive paper statements because I'm enrolled in e-statements. I don't normally need a paper copy!

Audra Shepherd is fantastic! My boyfriend and I stopped in a couple of months ago for a lease buyout loan. The dealership made several mistakes right off the bat, which delayed the entire process and generated even further problems. It was a nightmare. Audra and Amber went above and beyond to straighten out the mess caused by the dealership and quickly got things back on track. Thank you both, for taking such good care of us!
