Old National Bank, Buffalo, MN

I’ve been with KleinBank for years but live in California. Today Holly helped me out of a difficult situation with ease and professionalism. The customer service is why I will stick with KleinBank even though I’m thousands of miles away.

I had to close my accounts at Old National Buffalo because I was moving somewhere without an Old National Bank. Holly was wonderful to work with and made the entire experience such a breeze, and even though I was closing accounts, she was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Atm doesn't accept cash deposits. Hours are not very convenient since they changed from Klein bank to Old National. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not the same service now under Old National vs. Klein Bank! Been on hold for 30 minutes just to get to a local Old N branch, so painful! Totally different company vs. when I worked with Klein Bank.

Mostly good. One complaint however is when I deposit a check, I get a "Low Balance Alert" even tho I just DEPOSITED money!!

Old National bank is absolute garbage. I called ten times during normal banking hours and got no response. I left messages and got no response. And when I tried to wire money to another bank account closer to me? THEY LOCK DOWN MY ACCOUNT. AND THEIR “customer care” SYSTEM IS JUST A ROBOT WITH NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN. WITH NO OPTION TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM EITHER. What clown runs this organization? I’m taking all my money the first chance I get and leaving this bank.

So far wonderful service. Even if I'm in my paint whites. Some people treat you differently in whites.

The buffalo location has always been great. Linda is our favorite bank teller, she always remembers my daughter's name and sends out treats. My kiddo always asks to come to the bank to see her. She also helped me when I didn't understand a charge to my account and helped me get it refunded.
