And when some of the numbers came back higher than expected on insurance, etc., Brady anticipated my concerns and had multiple options to defray some of the closing costs. The online platforms are awesome for e-signing, applying, uploading documents, etc. I really appreciated being able to simply link and digitally verify my accounts, taxes, etc., instead of having to find/download/upload a ton of statements. Brady knew what we needed and he delivered. We closed on our dream house a few days ago and we couldn't be happier.
