If I could give First Alliance Credit Union zero stars, I would! They no longer have people working as tellers. Your only option is using a machine. I cannot tell you how much I HATE the machines because they never work. I sit there in line for 15-20 minutes fighting to deposit cash and it keeps spitting it out. Today I went there and my cash was declined after 15 minutes of fighting to deposit a five dollar bill. How do you even decline cash?? Also, forget about depositing any type of coin with your cash deposit. They don’t do that either unless you go inside. I’m done with them and I’m switching banks.

I have been a member at First Alliance for over 33 years! Recently I filled out a loan application for a new boat on Sunday night and before 8:15 AM Monday Kari Wilson was calling! By 1:00 PM that day my loan was ready for signatures....that's service over the top! Thanks Kari you were AWESOME!

The team at First Alliance was available and ready to assist me with all my banking needs. I initially connected with them for an auto loan and they took the time to get to know me and my story right from the start! This was valuable for many different reasons and made a huge impression on me. Once approved for the loan, they continued to inform me of services that would be beneficial to me and save me money!
