I have banked with FSB for over a decade now and have never been disappointed, great people and great service!

Why close at noon on a Saturday. There are people that need money and maybe busy the day before. I can understand why you would be closed on a Sunday but only until noon on a Saturday??? What’s wrong with you people!!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with first time buying home. Kevin Welch went above and beyond to explain the entire process. Each time I had a question he explained in a way I could easily understand. Easy to get a hold of and great to work with!! Took so much stress off my shoulders! Couldn’t be happier!

You can't beat the experience of a local bank. We previously banked at the other bank in Byron and moved our accounts to First Security Bank and have never regretted it. You can actually do business with a teller face to face rather than through a screen. First Security Bank is a bank that you can walk into and everyone knows who you are. A few years ago we had a family member who was hurt critically in an accident. This bank made sure that our financial needs were met and and were very compassionate about our situation. One does not find that in a larger bank. First Security Bank staff are friendly and very personable. Their interest rates are very competitive. I appreciate that they will be straight with you on the best interest rate available right from the start. They will not contact you later to push you to get a credit card so you can have a lower rate on your loan. Their hours are great! The drive up is open longer than the lobby and that is ok. I appreciate the fact that they offer Saturday hours so we can get our banking done if we did not have time during the week. Offering Saturday hours until noon is plenty provides plenty of time to get our business done. Thank you First Security Bank for your great service!
