Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Cambridge, MN

Last month affinity plus saved my butt big time on loans for my ice castle and they even saved me on my truck payments with a re refinance. I was with spire credit union and with in a month spire wanted 15% interest. So I just happen to call affinity before I was going to have to sign my life away to spire. they only wanted 6 percent interest. I was very happy to hear that and then I changed every thing to affinty and dropped spire because I see who's really watching out for there customers now. Thanks affinity plus for all ways helping me out.

The customer service needs some work. Especially the cambridge branch. Called to make an appointment with financial advisor, which I know is there Wednesdays. She couldn't tell me if he was, took down my info including phone number. Proceeded to tell me that someone would call me back with the info I needed. I jave been waiting a week and still no phone call back. Another issue I have is customer service in teller lines. You have many members, have more than two tellers at a time. Or two up front and one working the drive thru. Ridiculous. I am really close to closing my accounts and picking a different bank.

Been banking with them for awhile now always helpful, never any unexpected fees a great bank all around.

I never, ever write reviews, but this bank deserves one. After going through a divorce and trying to get my car into my name, Kay went above and beyond to make this happen. I had a tricky situation with my car being titled in another state as well as an ex that resides in another state, and she figured out the best route to take. I had been denied a loan from 2 other banks, and I was approved right away with Affinity. Best customer service and best bank I've ever dealt with!

I have made 3 loan purchases in the last 3 years and I am extremely happy how easy the process is. The last one was for a truck. After I contacted Affinity, I had a check in hand in an hour. It was so simple. Talking to dealership they also complimented affinity on the ease of dealing with them!

Best bank on the planet!! When I have problems I talk to real people who are just like me and I've never not gotten a solution. Also, mobile banking is SUPER easy, very forgiving programs to help you keep your money AND more secure than any other bank I've ever used! 10/10 recommended to literally everyone!

The bank and employees are great I'm rating the app. It needs a lot of work. It takes forever to load the few times it does actually load and I've updated and reinstalled this app many times still takes forever no matter if I am connected wifi or not. Its very problematic when you like to bank online and not have to run to the bank whenever you want to make a deposit.
