Out of the three people I dealt with only one was pleasant. One of the ladies even crossed her arms and rolled her eyes every time I would try to speak, very unprofessional and rude! Minnco give your employees a customer service class on professionalism PLEASE! Or just hire toddlers, they probably have better manners.

Been banking here for 22 years. And I would say I have only had great experience with this bank. Only thing I would change is if a person looses their money order they should cancel it asap. And reissue one. But that's the only issue I've had in 22 years.

This credit union enabled my soon to be ex-wife commit bank fraud on two occasions. When I confronted the VP Kirsten I was accused of being a lier and that the transaction occurred in the Andover branch. I reassured her I had never been in the Andover branch, or even in the town of Andover because I live in Brainerd and my wife works in Cambridge. Also, my accounts were closed via email, with no email other than a confirmation of closure and edocs signed I never even seen. Minnco has great loan rates for dirtbikes and boats, but it's not worth the risk of lying employees and fraud. I hope you enjoyed the half of my Iraq War Disability Payments that Minnco gave you!

We used to like this bank. My husband opened an account years ago not knowing I could make no changes when I pay all the bills. He is the primary, and didn’t intend to set it up that way. Last year I had an associate add what they call “accounts” and I call them “tabs” within our account. Today they would not add one for me and said the gal should never have done that for me. Soon I feel we are going to have to move on to another bank. We are disappointed as others are here, I see with customer service!!!

Member over five yrs. Very poor experience working with their home mortgage dept. Very rude, dismissive, not helpful on multiple occasions. Was told to “be quiet, I’m speaking to…” (my spouse) when asking a question. Spoke to supervisor and got nowhere. Was told that they could not imagine her being rude.
I could.

Overall, I have been liking minnco. I have had one bad experience from a loan officer when I was looking for a personal loan for 5000$ for a Bitcoin.. she laughed and called it a get rich quick scheme, Bitcoin then hopped to 20,000$. When I was leaving she didn’t shake my hand when I offered. Bitcoin later reached heights of 60,000$.
That one stupid employee would have been enough for most people to leave a 1 star review, but I know the majority of what I’ve experienced at minnco is a justifiable 5 star service.
