Everything was cool till a week or so from closing date and they said I needed to satisfy a previous debt that knew about from the moment they gave me a pre approval letter. Day before closing I had to throw in the towel, leaving me, the seller and both agents wanting to punch someone in the face. At least I only invested 2 months and a few hundred dollars to never see again...
