Unwilling to work with you for different loan options and numbers. Member application process is difficult and hard to do over email. If you work a standard 8-5 you will almost never be able to go in to deal with things as their hours are poor.

Switched to Wings after Klein Bank unfortunately became old National. Online banking is really simple to use with an amazing array of features and options. The app is equally simple and easy to navigate. I just completed an auto loan which was a very positive customer experience; and a best rates and terms I have ever gotten!

I switched to Wings from Huntington right after they took over from TCF. I don't have a lot of financial requirements. Mostly I just wanted free checking and savings, some kind of access to a fee free ATM and online banking and they have all of those things with the bonus of employees that seem to want to be there. I will say that the app/website has a bit of a learning curve and I have hit the max transfer twice already, but I can work around that. I've stopped into the physical location several times, and always found tellers willing and able to help me.

HORRIBLE! We had an auto loan through them. They keep trying to charge us for auto insurance that we never received from them. We've had our own insurance the entire duration of the loan. Our insurance agent had to send over every single document every 3 or 4 months for the two years we had a loan through them. Every billing period, the invoice tacked on insurance charges -- them trying to charge us for their own insurance. We finally closed the loan out about two months ago, and have still received invoices the last two months, of them trying to charge us $600 for their insurance. SO ANNOYING!!!!

I recently got an auto loan through Wings CU, I started the loan application online at about 11:00PM and finished it up the next morning in the branch. Everyone was very helpful and polite, I was very pleased with how low the interest rate was, I really couldn't be happier with my experience at this location. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Just went to deposit money and the teller put it in the wrong account and when I called the bank to make sure it was put in the right account, I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then terri, who picked up blamed me for his mistake of putting my money in the wrong persons account. Very weird as they should be the ones double checking whose account they’re putting money in . She asked for my id number for my bank and I was in a hurry and didn’t have it right away but had all other ways of verifying that it was my account. Then I told that her I had given the teller my drivers license id and she was very rude and was getting short with me and made fun of me saying I remembered my id when I was at the bank but not on the phone(she thought I gave the teller my id number for my account not my drivers license). If I hadn’t called back about my money it would not be in my account. No security. Not a good experience.
