Karli, Cody, and there whole team made it so easy getting a mortgage. Cody was constantly keeping us up to date with everything and always had an answer to our questions. I was blown away with how up front and simple the process was! We had tried with our own banks but nothing rivaled how well Cody knew the ins and outs of what we could and could not afford. If your looking to buy a house then you want the Spahr family in your corner helping you out every step of the way like they did with us.
