I'm VERY disgusted with Citizens Alliance bank during this unprecedented time. My husband & I have been struggling during this time, along with many others. I have not been working for over a month now, & my husband's hours were cut back drastically. I am finally getting unemployment, but it took quite some time to get my first payment. We got behind on a few things, & now we've had our account overdrawn a couple of times, but they are still charging us $35 for overdraft fees! Seriously??? Can you people (Citizens Alliance) give people a break during this time!?!?

Have banked with the Forstrom's for years! They are stand up people! Excellent customer service based on home town pride! Covering all my business needs. Thanks guys!
