Very rude!! They will hang up on you and yell at you all the women there are super unprofessional. Just an FYI they apparently expect you to pay them exactly at 7AM or they are gonna call you non stop saying “are you gonna pay us in full or do we need to send the repo vehicle.” Rude as hell!! Do not finance with them! But privately or go literally anywhere else, not worth the heartache or stress!!!!

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from Matt at Mathison Motors, financed with Clearwater Finance Solutions. Sue is nothing but professional and was more than helpful and professional. Yes I have a higher interest rate and my vehicle was over priced, due to bad credit. I make payments biweekly instead of monthly which is perfect for me and my credit score has gone up. Ive read all the bad reviews and friends & family have criticized me for buying from Mathison but I took a chance and so far I have no complaints. Thank you Matt & Sue

They sell you bad quality in vehicles..they don't look out for there customers And are not willing to help when the car as issues even when the issue is very serious and could of seriously hurt my family in a bad accident....i would highly recommend NOT EVER BUYING FROM THEM....

gave us a truck that didn’t work then gave us a loaner that was dirty. leaking awful. and started to smoke while driving. don’t buy here.

Terrible customer service the lady on the phone is highly unprofessional I would never consider getting a loan , out of work due to Covid and not willing to push a payment for a week

Absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever came across ! Daughter has had nothing but issues with the car and company ! Literally do not buy here run ad fast as sou can away from this horrible company . They make you feel like they are your only choice I promise you can gind better just look .
