Kensington Bank, Cokato, MN

This place screws you over on interest, takes money out of account, fees upon fees apon fees and then their banking app sets you up to get overdraft but they don't care

We were lucky to get a construction loan and close on our house through Kensington bank. Ashley M. was amazing to work with. She worked hard on getting us a great rate and she did a lot of work ahead of time to ensure our closing went quickly and smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this bank again. Everyone at the bank has always been great to work with. I also deal with the Kensington branch as well and they all have been real good to work with also. I just want to make sure that I mention Ruthie from Cokato and John at Kensington as both of them have always went out of their way to give me great customer service.

We live on a fixed income, so sometimes life throws a curve ball at you and you need help. We have very happy that this bank is fair in it's decisions. The people in this bank are real and true, they take all things presented seriously. So when push comes to shove We want Kensington Bank on our side!

All positive experiences at Kensington in Cokato. Always friendly people to help whenever I am there and never have to wait too long! Questions answered effectively and if one can't answer they will connect me to someone who can! Also, I really like the service provided at Edgewood Gables == perfect for elderly people who have no transportation, etc. The convenience is wonderful!! THANK YOU!!

I've always had really good experiences with Kensington, although I previously only did business with their loan officers. That went extremely well, and everyone i dealt with was extremely friendly (primarily dealt with Ashley M.) She was so nice that I eventually decided to open a checking account with them recently. I did that all online, and it went great! Went sooo smooth and spoke with and emailed with Nicole a lot. She was awesome!! So friendly and helpful. I had been doing all my deposits and transfers online between my other banks, but just out of convenience...I was passing by and decided to stop in and make a deposit. Had a situation with a teller where I asked some simple questions that any normal person would being a new bank to me..new process. It's the first bank I've ever been to where they don't use deposit slips..so i was literally dumbfounded. The teller was very short, snippy, and annoyed with my questions/curiousity ...it made it an unpleasant experience. However, after writing my review, Nicole continues to surprise me with her eagerness to help. Very glad we got the chance to connect about the issue and I feel like it's been fully resolved knowing that now....staff will now take into consideration not every single person that walks in is an everyday person at the bank. I feel like with how quickly they reacted and truly cared about what happened, they have more than made up for it.

I have worked with a countless number of bankers over the years. I have never worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward lender then what Ashley Messerschmidt is. I highly recommend talking with her!!
