Staff was very helpful at the teller window. The customer appreciation tacos were delicious. Enjoyed seeing the employees serving the meal having fun and interacting with customers. I love my credit union.

Staff is friendly but have the same banking issues all the time. Ex. If you put money in the night deposit you are not suppose to be charged overdraft fees. Every time i have to call them and they reimburse me. Also the location is kinda of a pain to get in and out of. Otherwise clean place pleasant employee knowledgeable loan officers.

I've been a member here for over almost 15 years and now that I've moved away all I am able to do is get things taken care of via phone. Unfortunately there quality of phone service has definitely gone down. From what I've gathered over the phone it's because of the new branch manager.

I have been with MNFEDCU for 20 yrs and have found them very friendly and easy to do business with except in one area.... Passwords and being locked out online. Recently I was locked out on the internet because of failure of a correct password. The questions that were asked of me did not even apply and as such I had no answers for. I am currently in AZ and could do nothing. Why? because it was 3:30 PM here in AZ and after 5PM in MN due to daylight savings time and there was no "body" to help me get back online. In this day of technology you would think they would have a way to correct this problem. Thank goodness it was not on a friday evening where I would have had to wait until monday morning.

All of the staff at the Cold Spring branch are so great to work with. They give great customer service! Also i think it is so great how involved in the community the credit union is!

Kirstyn helped me open up a new checking account. She was super helpful and very friendly.
