Phil and his team were the entire reason for my home buying process going so smoothly! I am a first time homebuyer and admittedly did not understand many terms, the process, or what options I had. Phil was so educational and gracious with his time, calling me to explain parts of the process, and easing my nerves during closing. I toured one home and fell in love... and Phil was able to quickly get me through underwriting and went the extra mile when it came to convincing the selling agent to prioritize my offer. I truly could not have done it without the CCM team, would highly recommend to any new home buyers who are overwhelmed by the process.

My husband and I were in a unique situation with the bank and were about to close. After the banks mishandling and many roadblocks, we reached out to Phil. During our first call he went over every question I had and provided me with much insight into the mortgage process. He made sure I knew all my options and made me feel comfortable with our decision.
