Internet sight states open at 7:30. Didn’t state it was just the drive up. Went to the lobby and closed of course. Went through the drive up and teller said doors open at 8:30. Waited until 8:30 and doors never opened. I had high hopes for this bank, but they disappointed.

Absolutely rude every time we talk with them! Had three loans there paid two off early and never missed a payment even paid more then the payment every month! And when we called for payoff they are rude and make you feel like you’re doing wrong by asking! I just paid off my last loan with them and I’ll never use them again and I’ll let everyone I know to stay away! Midwest and bell bank are very nice and friendly! Mid Minn should have the same hospitality! So glad I paid them off early! Good luck mid min!
