Jason has always given me direct answers. I can ask him anything. He is super knowledgeable about VA loans and any loan type. He has so much experience and knowledge about different loan types. Especially in terms of refinance, he was able to help me navigate a divorce settlement and put me on a path to success.

I will say definitely worth shopping around for your best interest rate. Initially gave 5 star review. I bought 3 properties using Jason. I have realized It is hard to ask questions without responses becoming sarcastic. Jason has definitely gotten the job done but there seems to be a lot of miscommunications and rates are high.

Jason and his team were super thorough and explained the whole process to us. He helped us work out a budget back a few months before we actually applied for our mortgage. Sitting with him at our initial meeting provided us with so much information we were extremely comfortable when we finally applied for our mortgage!

I’ve used Jason and his company for two VA home loans and both times he’s been extremely helpful, took his time to make sure I understood everything, and was always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance. He’s extremely knowledgeable when it come to VA loans and he treats you like family!
