I go here all the time and it's a good trusting bank, they call me by my name which makes me happy and the people are always kind to everyone.

After nearly 1 year of banking with Share advantage I can personally attest to phenominal customer service, timely response to emailed requests for guidence, account issues and general questions and answered calls on no more than 2 rings. I had banked with my former credit union for over 30 years and upon notice that they were going through a name change and assurance that nothing else would change, everything changed. The most significant and immediate change was a reduction in timely and proficient customer service at the drive-thru window, teller lines inside and forget recieving a call back for questions and concerns. It was a ridicuous fail on their part. The service got so bad I transferred all of my money over to Share Advantage on Maple Grove Road. Best decision ever! I wish I had banked with them all along! They truly and sincerely are FANTASTIC!
