He also took the time to talk through any questions that we had after we were under contract, including explaining the details of our loan multiple times. He keeps us updated throughout our closing process so there were no surprises. He also joined us during our closing appointment in case we had any last-minute questions as we were signing the paperwork. He made the entire experience very easy.
