Spoke with Martha and her demeanor was very rude. She made me feel incompetent because I was asking about how refunds work with debit cards then insulted another business “Ulta doesn’t know how refunds work” in a very rude tone. I just wanted to know if she saw anything going through on her end and she sounded so agitated to be helping me. I absolutely love banking here because of one specific woman that’s known me and my mom for years named Pramela and she’s the reason I love banking here. I’m just very disappointed in Martha’s demeanor. But Pramela is amazing and a huge asset to this bank.

I was a regular customer with one checking account first then brought all of my business accounts over to FNBER after I experienced their professional and thorough customer service. I have banked with large-national chains and other small-town banks and my experiences here have been the best by far! I don't need all the flashy marketing gimmicks and in-your-face attitude, however, I need integrity and accuracy and that is exactly what the wonderful bankers and tellers at First Bank of Elk River deliver- I can't recommend FNBER enough!

The bank is very helpful and when government COVID emergency grant/loan applications were happening they took care of everything and made a tough situation less stressful for my business. They went above and beyond.

No customer service, cannot deal with simple problems from catastropic errors with their book keeping. This place deserves negative stars
