Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Faribault, MN

Warning, my beneficiary documents were altered without my knowledge. I Informed management and they were unable to determine who done it. No longer trust this bank and closed accounts.

Stopped in Saturday (4/6/19) to open a checking/savings account. All went fine, deposited most of my paycheck. Last minute, after all was said and done, money from drawers pulled, teller gets a phone call from their tech team. Apparently due to a couple marks on my credit history (long story involving extra wife) they freeze my account! In order to proceed with my account, they need letters from creditors and a copy of my divorce decree!! Divorce was final in 2013. Went back today to cancel accounts because I needed access to my money. May have to look elsewhere. Thought a Credit Union would provide better, more personal service!

The staff are always very helpful no matter how long the wait is (which is usually nothing).

This is NOT an actual Co-op credit union. They do not accept deposits. You can use their ATM but they don’t actually use the co-op network.

Banking with Affinity Plus for a few years now and never had a problem they didn't resolve. They rock. Tami at the office is AMAZING.
