My husband and I have banked here for many years. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Especially after my husband passed away, they answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful. I like that they always seem to recognize me and call me by my first name even when I go through the drive-through.

Great customer service, whether I'm opening a new account, getting a loan or dropping off a deposit, everybody has been great. Especially sending home the dog treats when our old dog couldn't make it in, really made our day not to mention our dogs when we got home.

The staff at Reliance are so friendly and helpful, it makes banking so fun and easy. Also you get the latest banking news with Todd by listening to the mighty 920 on Monday mornings. So fun! Good listening!

Customer service is always top notch with this bank, they helped me get started after my divorce amd are always so helpful when I have any questions! Love the small town feel!

To me this is the best bank in town. Very friendly staff for the most part . With a few cute tellers. Funds from checks are available damn near right away.
