With the onset of Covid-19, The President and my personal banker were the first people to call me and asked me how I was doing and what I needed. The people there are very friendly and make all aspects of banking a good experience. Also, my business banker whom I work with is constantly watching out for my interests, which showed even more during this past time period of this Covid-19 and businesses being greatly affected. Have banked at security State for many years. I have always thought you would get better service at a local bank vs. a big chain. And I was right! During the Covid crisis, Scott D. went above and beyond to help his business customers receive financial assistance during the shutdown. While my wife could not even talk to a representative at Wells F. Scott was contacting me for more info, to get us Payroll assistance, on a Sunday! He was able to help my wife as well even though her business banked at Wells. I defiantly recommend Security State Bank, Thank you again Scott and your team!
