Loan officer Tom accused us of lying, the second time we called to explain our land loan situation. Completely inappropriate behavior. He doesn't even know us, does not know our situation. We only called to understand their different products. To accuse a brand new customer of lying when we call and ask about different options to finance a loan, is both rude and unacceptable.
