My wife and I just bought a house using Guaranteed Rate. Tony and his staff are very helpful and patient! They have very good communication, and they made the whole process a breeze to go through. We got locked into a great interest rate, and about 2 weeks before closing, they informed us that rates had dropped and they processed all new paperwork for us to get us a better rate! We wouldn't have even known the rates had dropped, but they took the time/effort to help us out. I would highly recommend using this company.

Badly disappointed with attempts to “float down” my rate. Unresponsive and only one person at office can do this. Ended up missing lower rates unnecessarily.
