Deerwood Bank, Grand Rapids, MN

I have been a customer at Deerwood Bank for almost 20 years. They have always been very helpful. I have had my accounts there and have had many different loans with them. I have always been treated very well. Deerwood is a great bank!

We are so extremely happy with our banking experience here at Deerwood Bank. Each employee has gone out of their way to be helpful and kind. Most recently we called 5 minutes after they closed on a Friday and Jessica stayed late just to help us out, and she was so willing and helpful; and this says a lot about the character of this bank and its employees! 5 stars!!!

This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star to be quite honest. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this bank to anyone. Every time I have gone through the drive through, the tellers have been extremely rude. Barely had the vehicle in park to hand check through to get cashed before she rudely stated that (while window was on it's way down) we "must have the window down". She was also quick to assume that there was more than one person in the vehicle cashing a check (there was only one) & stated "You all have to come in." No, "hello, how are you?" Nothing.

Would not recommend this bank . They lie to you and are very rude to you . They talk bad about you and their customers. Hearing it from their mouths when they should be professional is very disappointing. I had to call a higher boss because the supervisor at that bank didnt care to listen. Disappointed
