Do not recommend, terrible communication, hardly ever answer their phones and when applying for a refinance they miscategorized my income, and never took the time to correct it, or contact me. I was very disappointed with their lack of service.

Love this credit union. They will work with you on overdraft fees and loan payments when things are tight. Really saved me

This Credit Union is HORRIBLE. They steal your money, and their management is RUDE.
I've pulled my business account from here, and will be pulling my personal accounts as well. I suggest you find a safer alternative for your financial resources.

We’ve banked with Members for years and we’ve always had such great service! The tellers are so good with our son who has special needs. I love having a bank that knows us! We’ve also had a couple car loans through Members and had no problems at all. Just all around good experiences.

I love working with members cooperative credit union! It is great that you can go to multiple locations to access your accounts. I have been banking with them for over 20 years and have never had any issues :)

Edit: after they closed my hour-old account, they still pulled the initial opening deposit from my bank -- FOUR days later. Is this whole place a scam or something???
You'll never get the promised call-backs on the voicemails you leave, so don't bother. Called 4 times with no results, and finally did a video call just to get someone to process my checking/membership application after waiting 10 days. She said they're so short-staffed that there are now only two staff working the entire credit union, so they're not even tending to the new applicants. So she processed my application, opened my account, gave me new account and routing numbers....and then an hour later, closed my account. By email. How courteous. This is customer dis-service at it's worst. Go ANYWHERE else. If this is how they treat people before they ever have your business/money, how are they going to treat you when they already have it?
