We almost had our car paid off. We had about $1,300.00 left in from $9,000.00 we weren’t even a month behind on payments and they towed it. Highly not recommend this place!!! Shady as hell taking the car when we almost had it paid off and not even 3 weeks behind on payments!!!! These people are crooks!

Supposed to help people out!I made a payment and put 800 dollars down on a car priced almost 3 times higher then blue book!I get it bad credit my fault!so paying 1000 in 4 weeks I had a hiccup in my finances was going to make a double payment on next payday!Nope they shut my car down now no way to work I’m in risk of losing my job!if I failed in my double payment yes shut it down!but I’ve already got 1000$ invested in 4 weeks and now u won’t even work with me!Just a joke I did not forsee my shortcomings on pay and to not even care or listen to me is simple there not concerned about the customer only about the almighty dollar!!

I cannot say enough good things about Nettie! She has been fantastic to deal with since I bought my car in March 2016. It's the above-and-beyond customer service she provides that one doesn't get from other lenders. What lender is going to text you and congratulate you for being close to having your vehicle paid off?!?! She's awesome!

I purchased my first vehicle from here a few months ago. I found it online & instantly loved it. Came in to test drive & it was great so I decided to purchase. It doesn't matter who you work with everyone in the office are so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely purchase more vehicles from them in the future.

New staff is rude and very uninviting. Gives you attitude as soon as you walk through the door and gave us short answers when we asked questions like she didn't wanna speak to us at all. Bought several vehicles from here and referred 3 other people to come here.. Never again with this new staff here. Horrible. Do better jake auto mall and Supreme solutions!!!!

Zero stars isn’t an option, or I’d rate them zero stars. Predatory. Terrible. Disingenuous. The dealership this predatory lender is affiliated with sold me a car without a catalytic converter and gave zero craps about the legality of that fact. Both the lender and the dealership is staffed with super rude employees who completely lack anything that resembles empathy. Don’t come here unless you have literally no other option. There. Is that a more accurate and less confusing review? Love the plausible deniability that you’re not affiliated with the car dealership……

Do not ever use these thieves, they will BULLY YOU DAY AFTER DAY, THEY WILL CHANGE PRICES BEHIND YOUR BACK, THEY LIE CHEAT AND STEAL, HONESTLY SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM
