Centricity Credit Union, Hermantown, MN

Went to their ATM and there wasn’t even the option to pull out money, assuming the ATM is out of money. This is one of many problems I’ve had with this bank. Time to switch.

I walked in two times to open a account and they told me they didn't have enough time to do it when it was a hour before close then came in next day and they handed me a ipad and said do it yourself then come back to cash it. So I went to share advantage and we're glad to cash my check and happy to help me.

Can't reach a live person about making payments,I'll bet if I don't make the payment I'll get a live person,,.

Just spent 15 minutes trying to get a human being on the other end of the phone without success.

There are times where there is one teller with five or six people waiting in line and we can see other tellers walking around seemingly aimlessly. I'm not too sure why they can't just stop and help customers for a minute? It's a little annoying to have to wait ten minutes in line to do one minute of banking when there are plenty of staff sitting in chairs and chatting. I've been with this credit union for about ten years now and 9/10 visits are speedy and perfect, but sometimes the wait times while seeing staff members just sitting around chatting can be bothersome.

Banks shouldn't be allowed to be closed on Black Friday, especially when you process my loan payment twice over the holiday and can't get ahold of ANYBODY to fix it. It isn't a holiday!

Horrible customer service, and contacted me over 3 times because they forgot to add on a 2 dollar cash fee. This is the last time I will EVER go through them for a loan!

Every time I try to call they never answer the phone. It just plays hold music forever. I am canceling my account due to poor customer service. Not recommended!!
