I have been a member at NorthRidge community credit union in Hoyt Lakes for almost 2 years now, and can’t believe it took me this long to become a member. The staff is very professional and got me organized in a Kasasa account. I make more in benefits in a month than I did in 2 years with Wells Fargo. NorthRidge has all the benefits of a big bank plus a lot more. As a 51 year old, I make sure to let young new savers to make sure they checkout NorthRidge to gain the most out of their financial account! I’ll be a lifer now.

The new credit union is nice inside and out. They have ITMs in the drive-through. They are interactive teller machines, this means you aren't interacting with the teller inside the credit union, but rather with someone on the screen located elsewhere. They are very easy to use and you can conduct several different kinds of transactions. I utilize this the most as it is convenient for my busy schedule. The crew members when I do go inside are always helpful and knowledgeable about whatever needs I have. Highly recommend credit unions for loans and small-town service.

UPDATE: They did give Me my money back after investigating.. Zero stars.I requested to open a checking account and while waiting for my card to come in the mail I put $200 into my checking. Once my card came in the mail I tried using my card and it kept getting declined.. checked the account and nothing was in there. I called them for over a month they keep telling me a manager will call me, no one ever calls me. I'm still trying to contact a manager after 4 weeks!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!! There is no reason $200 goes missing. They refuse to help me get my money back.

What a gorgeous building! The murals on the inside walls are very interesting! It is nice seeing a business really taking pride in the Iron Range. I also want to point out the kindness of the staff, they are always willing to help! My husband and I love Northridge.
