We love love love this branch! The employees are so friendly and super helpful. Jessica is the absolute best! She is super knowledgeable, personable and really knows how to make you feel comfortable and welcome. It feels like everyone in that office loves their job. We always refer friends and family to Ideal Credit Union. We will be a customers for life. Thank you Jessica and the Hugo team for being so fantastic!

Been a member for 42 yrs and have to say service has declined so bad over the past few years we are ready to withdraw our business out of the Ideal Credit Union. Here is a perfect example:Mortgage Dept withdrew from our escrow to pay property taxes (on 4/6/22) and yet the taxes never got paid. We received a letter from the county in June that our taxes were delinquent! We contacted the credit union and they informed us that there wasn’t enough money in escrow to pay the taxes (due to increased property taxes.) Ok so that’s understandable, so where was the money sitting for 2 months? To not notify us is very poor service.

Amber Lund was so gracious and helpful and always kept a smile on her face as she helped my mother and I with a variety of issues. She treated us so kindly and I would recommend her to anybody that needs any help at Ideal Credit Union.

This branch has been fabulous! Teller, Carie, is always super helpful, kind and when my account was hacked this shared branch location was the best! I highly recommend this bank! 5 star service indeed!

Jodi Simonson helped us with taking out a RV loan. She was very helpful answered all our questions. She was awesome we would definitely go to back to her in the future.
